About Us
The Dublin Men's Basketball Board (DMBB) is a voluntary body set up to
organise and administer competitions within the greater Dublin area for
non-professional male participants.
The DMBB offers leagues and
cup competitions from U/11 through to U/19 for children, and for
adults, from division One to division five, hopefully, catering for all
standards.
Basketball in Dublin has a long history from its
inception in Cathal Brugha Barracks in early 1950, to the Oblate Hall
in Inchicore, and finally to the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght
- the new home of Irish Basketball.
If this is your first visit
to the site, welcome, we hope we can assist you in your journey, if you
have any questions please feel free to contact us. If you are a
frequent visitor, welcome back and if you feel we need to do more to
make Dublin Basketball easier, please let us know.
